The cyclone water film desulfurization dust collector is mainly composed of a cylinder body, an equipment inlet and outlet, an upper water tank, a water injection coil, a lower overflow hole and a cleaning hole.
The working principle is that the airflow containing dust and sulfide enters the cylinder through the inlet flue, and the alkaline water solution is taken into the cylinder from the upper part of the equipment by the water pump, so that an alkaline water film is formed on the inner wall of the cylinder from above. Under the flow, the flue gas enters tangentially from the lower part of the cylinder and rotates upward in the cylinder. The gas containing dust and sulfide always contacts the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, and the dust-containing gas is wetted by the water film and vulcanized. The neutralization reaction is carried out with the alkaline solution, and flows to the bottom of the precipitator with water, and is discharged from the overflow hole to achieve the effect of dust removal and desulfurization;
The dust after dedusting enters the sedimentation tank and is recycled;
The purified gas is taken out through the upper part of the cylinder.
