I. Introduction to the dust collector
The bag filter is a dry dust filter. Suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. Suitable for iron and steel smelting. Metallurgy, chemical, electronics, building materials, cement industry, musical instrument processing, carbon processing, mechanical processing, various industrial electric furnaces, asphalt concrete mixing plants, mining, casting, electric power, rubber, pharmaceutical, food Processing, military, ceramics, light industry, various dryers, non-metallic minerals, fine powder deep processing, sandblasting, refractory materials and other industrial air pollution enterprises.
Second, the dust collector specifications
The gas box pulse bag type dust collector is composed of various specifications according to the number of chambers and the number of filter bags per chamber. There are four kinds of bags in each room: 32, 64, 96, 128 bags. There are 33 kinds of specifications in the whole series. The diameter of the filter bag is 130mm, the length of the filter bag is 2500mm, and the dust collection efficiency is over 99.9%.
First, the dust collector structure
a, the box
The box body is mainly used for fixing the bag cage, the filter bag and the gas passage element, and is made into a fully enclosed form. The manhole inspection door is installed at the top, and the bag cage and filter bag are all installed and replaced here, which is very convenient.
Depending on the specifications, the cabinet can be divided into several pockets that are spaced apart from each other for off-line cleaning. Each room is equipped with a valve to control the opening and closing of the chamber.
The inlet and outlet of the equipment are all arranged on the tank, and the baffle inclined to the ash bucket is arranged at the entrance, and the inlet flue gas is directed into the hopper.
b, ash bucket
The ash hopper is arranged in the lower part of the bag room, and the ash outlet can be equipped with a star discharge device or a pneumatic ash conveying device according to the owner's requirements, and the ash discharge can be continuously performed.
Fourth, the principle of dust removal
The dust-containing gas enters from the inlet on the tank. After entering the ash bucket under the action of the deflector, a part of the coarse dust particles fall into the ash bucket due to inertial collision, natural settlement, etc., and most of the dust particles accompany the airflow. After rising into the bag chamber, after filtering through the filter bag, the dust particles are retained on the outside of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the box body from inside the filter bag, and then is discharged through the valve plate hole and the air outlet to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
As the filtration process continues, the dust on the outside of the filter bag gradually increases, and the running resistance of the dust collector is gradually increased. It is necessary to clean the bag, and the cleaning controller generates a signal. First, the poppet valve closes the air hole and cuts off. The air flow is filtered, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. In a very short time (about 0.1 seconds), compressed air with a pressure of 0.4-0.6 mpa is injected into the tank body, and the compressed air rapidly expands in the tank body and flows into the inside of the filter bag to filter The bag is deformed and shaken, and the effect of the reverse air flow, the dust outside the filter bag is removed and dropped into the ash hopper. After the ash is finished, the poppet valve is opened again, and the dust collector enters the filtering state.
