a, the box
The box body is mainly used for fixing bags, filter bags and gas passages, and is made into a fully enclosed form. The top is provided with a manhole inspection door. It is very convenient to install and replace the bag cage and the filter bag.
b, bag room
The pulse bag type dust collector bag chamber is mainly located at the upper part of the box body, and is mainly used for accommodating the bag cage and the filter bag, and forms a filtering space, and the purification of the flue gas is mainly performed here.
c, ash bucket
The ash hopper is arranged in the lower part of the bag room, and the ash outlet can be equipped with a star discharge device or a pneumatic ash conveying device according to the owner's requirements, and the ash discharge can be continuously performed.
Third, the principle of dust removal
The dusty flue gas first enters the ash hopper by the inlet placed on the ash hopper. Some of the coarse dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertial collision, natural settlement, etc., and most of the dust particles rise into the bag chamber with the airflow, and are filtered. After the bag is filtered, the dust particles are retained on the outside of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the box from the inside of the filter bag, and is discharged through the air outlet to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
As the filtration process continues, the dust on the outside of the filter bag gradually increases, and the running resistance of the dust collector increases gradually. It is necessary to clean the bag, the signal of the cleaning controller is generated, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. In a short time (about 0.1 seconds), compressed air with a pressure of 0.4mpa is injected into the tank. The compressed air enters the inside of the filter bag through the blowing system, and induces the surrounding air to deform and shake the filter bag, plus the reverse airflow. The dust outside the filter bag is removed and dropped into the ash hopper. After the ash is finished, the poppet valve is opened again, and the dust collector enters the filtering state.
From the end of the cleaning of the first row to the beginning of the cleaning of the second row, it is called the cleaning interval. The length of the cleaning interval depends on the parameters of the flue gas, the size of the selection, etc., which is as short as several tens of seconds. Then a few minutes or even longer.
The interval between the start of the first cleaning process and the start of the next cleaning process is called the cleaning cycle. The length of the cleaning cycle depends on the length of the cleaning interval.
