I. Introduction to ammonia desulfurization
The ammonia desulfurization process is a mature desulfurization process that absorbs SO2 with ammonia water. Different ammonia processes differ only in the method of removing sulfur dioxide from the absorption solution. The ammonia process mainly includes ammonia flow downstream absorption method, empty tower spray absorption method, and ammonium sulfate column internal crystallization method.
Second, the principle of desulfurization
The process utilizes ammonia solution to absorb SO2 in the flue gas to form an ammonium sulfite solution, and oxidizes ammonium sulfite to ammonium sulfate under oxygen-rich conditions, and then crystallizes and precipitates ammonium sulfate by evaporation, and then filters and dried to obtain a fertilizer product. It mainly includes absorption process, oxidation process and crystallization process.

2) Oxidation process
NH4HSO4+NH3=(NH4)2SO4
2(NH4)2SO3+O2=2(NH4)2SO4

Third, ammonia desulfurization technology features
