After the dust particles are charged, they move under the electric field force and deposit on the surface of the dust collecting anode. The dry electrostatic precipitator (ESP) hard vibration To remove dust, the wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP) uses a water film on the surface of the dust collecting anode or rinses to remove dust. Wet electrostatic precipitators use electrostatic dust removal methods to separate aerosols and suspended dust particles from gases, including the following four complex and interrelated physical processes:

(2) Condensation and charging of aerosols and suspended dust particles.
(3) The charged dust particles and the aerosol move toward the electrode.
(4) The water film cleans the plates.
Applying tens of thousands of volts of direct current high voltage between the anode and cathode lines of the wet electrostatic precipitator, under the action of a strong electric field, a corona layer is generated around the corona wire, and the air in the corona layer is avalanche ionized, thereby generating A large number of negative ions and a small amount of positive ions, this process is called corona discharge; dust (mist) particles entering the wet electrostatic precipitator with the flue gas collide with these positive and negative ions to charge, and the dust (fog) after charging The particles move to the anode due to the high-pressure electrostatic field Coulomb force; after reaching the anode, the charge is released, and the dust (fog) particles are collected by the anode, collecting dust to form a water film, by gravity or flushing It flows up to the lower sump or absorption tower and is separated from the flue gas.

1, anode tube group (module)

2. Cathode system
The cathode system comprises a cathode corona wire and a cathode wire supporting an integral cathode wire fixing frame and a connecting bolt;
The cathode line is a high-efficiency spur line, which improves the specific current and electric field strength, and its high efficiency and corrosion resistance can meet the requirements of the new wet dust removal device.
3. Insulator compartment and high voltage feeder box
The power supply area of the wet dust removal device is at the top of the tower body and is equipped with a separate insulator box. Insulation box adopts large diameter porcelain sleeve and special sealing material. The top cover and cylinder of the insulating box are insulated by aluminum silicate fiber to ensure the insulation of the box is more reliable and more energy efficient.
4, flushing water system
An intermittent sprinkler is arranged on the upper part of the anode tube, and the anode tube and the mist eliminator are flushed by using the clean water of the process tank. Flush for 5 minutes every 24 hours according to actual operating conditions. Flush water and rinse directly into the absorption tower circulation pool.
5, electric heating system
Since the precipitator operates under positive pressure, it is necessary to prevent insulator condensation and contamination. An electric heater is arranged inside the insulating box to ensure the insulation of the insulator is more reliable. The inside of the insulator box is equipped with a heating device and an automatic temperature control device. The heating is uniform and the temperature detection is accurate, which can effectively prevent the mist from entering the insulation box and prevent moisture condensation, and has a certain maintenance space.
