working principle
When the high-volume, low-concentration organic waste gas passes through the zeolite runner, the VOC in the gas stream is adsorbed by the hydrophobic zeolite, and the purified tail gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the runner. The zeolite runner rotates continuously, and the adsorbed VOC is transferred to the desorption zone. The VOC adsorbed on the zeolite runner is desorbed by hot air at 180~220 °C, and the desorbed hot air accounts for 5-10% of the total treated air volume, and the desorption The high concentration of organic waste gas enters RTO and is oxidatively degraded into carbon dioxide and water vapor. After the regenerated regeneration wheel is cooled by the cooling zone, it returns to the adsorption zone, and the adsorption/desorption/cooling cycle is completed.
Technical characteristics
1. The purification efficiency is high, the outlet concentration is stable, the adsorption purification rate can reach 97%, and the oxidation purification rate is over 99%.
2. The regeneration gas uses the oxidation heat of the oxidation system to reduce the operating cost of the system.
3. Zeolite runner adsorption reduces the risk of fire.
4. Zeolite runner concentration ratio is as high as 25:1.
5. Programmable controller (PLC) based control with data acquisition and remote control.
6. The frequency converter (VFD) drive allows the system to operate at low frequencies with low exhaust gas or system standby.
7. Fully automatic control, unattended operation.
