SNCR denitration technology
SNCR (selective non-catalytic reduction) denitration technology is a kind of reducing agent (such as ammonia water, urea solution, etc.) containing ammonia in the temperature range of 850 ~ 1100 ° C without spraying the catalyst, the flue gas The NOx reduction in the removal, the generation of nitrogen and water clean denitration technology.
The denitration efficiency of SNCR flue gas denitration technology is generally 30% to 60%, which is greatly affected by the size of the boiler structure.
Chemical principle: 4NO+4NH3+O2=4N2+6H2O
4NH3+2NO2+O2=3N2+6H2O
SNCR denitration system
System composition: SNCR denitration system mainly includes the system of reducing agent delivery, distribution system, metering system, secondary distribution system and injection system.
Advantages of SNCR denitration technology
(1) The system is simple:
There is no need to change the equipment setting of the existing boiler, but only the ammonia or urea storage tank, ammonia or urea injection device and its injection port can be added on the basis of the existing coal-fired boiler, and the system structure is relatively simple;
(2) Small system investment:
Compared with SCR, the denitration cost is cheap, because the system is simple and does not require expensive catalyst in operation, only cheap urea or liquid ammonia is needed, and the operating cost is relatively low relative to SCR;
(3) Small resistance:
Less impact on the normal operation of the boiler;
(4) The system covers a small area:
The smaller ammonia tank (urea storage tank) required can be placed on the boiler steel frame without additional land occupation.
